10 Week Fall Series September 15- December 1, 2023 (no class October 20 & 27th) Be Energized. Be Empowered. Be YOU!! YOU WERE BORN PERFECT, STRONG, FREE AND BEAUTIFUL. YOU WERE BORN A GODDESS. Join other women like you for an hour of invigorating movement that is meant to feel like there is fire in your veins. A class that supports the sacred space that is the women. A space that supports us, understands us, holds space for us and straightens our crown when we forget who we are and meant to be!! Each month we focus on a different sacred goddess in time, learn about her wisdom and her ways and reaffirm our connection with these sacred women warriors. Their power and strength is within us. This 10 Week series will focus on finding fluidity and movement in the hips and lower back. In the process we will be build stability and strength in the muscles that make the hips move, including the glutes, quads hamstrings inner/outer thighs, lower back muscles and total lower body. Energetically we focus on our connection to Sacral Chakra. Sacral chakra is our energetic center in the lower belly and inner pelvis with its primary function being pleasure, creative expression, passion, our ability to go with the flow and over all enjoyment of life. Some experience in movement suggested not required Heat building, muscle engagement and toning, mindfulness, meditation and breathing practice included

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for group class must be at least 12hrs before scheduled class time to receive credit to your account. Cancellation of a group class inside of the 12hr of scheduled class time will be granted for medical emergencies only. Please contact Renee directly via phone call or text at (519)994-2159. Cancellations for private practice must be 24hrs advance of the scheduled time.
