Service Description

First, reserve your spot, then confirm with payment to veedhayoga@hotmail.com A class will focus on bringing awareness to the physical & energetic space of the whole body temple. Gentle stretches, breath practice and restorative postures supported by props to enhance relaxation & mindfulness, release stress and bring awareness to the body. All props provided, however if you prefer please bring blanket and other props you need to enhance your comfort and relaxation. No experience necessary Non heat building

Cancellation Policy

Group classes Cancellations for group class must be at least 12hrs before scheduled class time to be eligible for rescheduling or credit. Cancellation of a group class inside of the 12hr of scheduled class time will be granted for medical emergencies only, no refund or credit granted. Private Practice/ Somatic Energy Alignment Session/Somatic Breathwork Session Cancellations for private practice or somatic energy alignment sessions or breathwork session must be 24hrs advance of the scheduled time. Cancellation of a private practice, breathwork or somatic energy alignment session inside the 24hrs of scheduled class time will not be eligible for refund (unless medical emergencies only).
