STUDIO CLASS SIZE LIMITS & PHYSICAL DISTANCING
At Veedha each and every client is special and it is our mission to support each client where they are. We will continue to keep class sizes intimate to ensure this mission.
There are 10 mats are available in each group class.
All clients will be required to sign a liability and participation waiver prior to coming to their FIRST class. Please print, sign and bring to our first class, or fill in online (for clients 18 years of age & up).
Click the Class Waiver link below to fill in online or Print Class Waiver to receive a downloadable version to be filled out with a legal parent or guardian for students 17 years of age & younger.
Part of our mission is to empower you to do what is best for your entire body temple. If you would feel more comfortable wearing a mask in class please do. Please continue to be kind and compassionate to all.
GOVERNMENT MANDATES & PROTOCOLS
Should the need arise in the future, Veedha Yoga Studio will follow all relevant health orders as mandated by the Ontario Ministry of Health.

All yoga props (not limited to mats, bolsters, straps, blankets) or essential oils purchased in studio are non-refundable.
Pricing Plans (Class Pass Packages)
All repurchased class plans (including 'discover', 'restore', 'rejuvenate' and 'transform') have an expiry of one year from time of purchase and are non-refundable and non-transferable. You may put your plan on hold at any time during that year by contacting Renee (519-994-2159) directly and as soon as possible. In the event of class interruption due to governement regulated shut downs all plans will be suspended until the studio is allowed to re-open. Again, Veedha Studio will follow all relevant health orders as provided by the Ontario Ministry of Health. For individual purchased (drop in) class refunds please see cancellation policy below.
Group Class Cancellations
Cancellations for group class are done through your account on the website or WIX app by the participant and must be at least 12hrs before scheduled class time to receive credit to your account. Cancellation of a group class inside of the 12hr of scheduled class time will be granted for medical emergencies only. Please contact Renee directly via phone call or text at (519)994-2159.
Private Class Cancellations
Cancellations for private practice must be 24hrs advance of the scheduled time. Cancellation of a private practice inside the 24hrs of scheduled class time will be granted for medical emergencies only. Please contact Renee directly ASAP via phone call or text at (519)994-2159 to cancel.
For Virtual Studio Monthly Subscriptions
*You can cancel your ONLINE subscription at any time without penalty. Your subscription/account will remain active until the end of your billing cycle that month OR it can be cancelled immediately. Contact Renee (519)994-2159 for assistance if needed.

When you conduct a transaction on our website or fill out a contact or submissions form, as part of the process, we collect the personal information you provide us such as your name, address, contact information, billing details and email address for the purposes of authenticating the buyer & purchase validity, responding to contact requests such as bug reports, technical difficulties, booking requests, send newsletters, downloads, estimates, etc, and . Your personal information will only be used for the specific reasons stated above in the context the initial consent was given.
Ex: If you sign up to be a Member your information will be used to email you newsletters or studio updates.

HOW OUR SITE STORES/USES/SHARES & DISCLOSES YOUR INFORMATION
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company (Stripe) adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
We will never sell your information. We will also never share your information with third-party providers outside of payment gateway providers ( which need your information to process your transaction, any other information will not be shared) unless legally required to do so in compliance with local regulations or law enforcement entities.
