The Integrative Somatic Experience blends the physical benefits of yin yoga, the energetic alignment of Reiki, and the transformative release of Spinal Energetics to offer a deeply restorative and holistic healing experience. This session is crafted to harmonize body, mind, and spirit, addressing blockages on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. Gentle yoga stretches are used to open, release & enhance the flow of energy throughout the body. Reiki is incorporated to clear energetic blockages and balance the body’s chakras, promoting a deep sense of calm and emotional release. A key aspect of the session is Spinal Energetics. Spinal Energetics is a somatic technique focused on realigning the spine and the body’s energy field. This allows for the release of stagnant, stored or blocked energy or tension held in the spine, offering a full-body reset and renewed energy flow. Pranayama, or conscious breath facilitation (pranayama), is integrated into the experience to nurture the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and deepening the mind-body connection. To further support the healing process, custom-curated music is used throughout the session.
