STUDIO classes


Enjoy a variety of in-studio classes to suit your physical, emotional and spiritual needs.   From heat building movement (strength and stability) classes to yin restorative (stretch and rejuvenate) classes



Custom workshops uniquely designed and aligned to the physical body with the goals of improving mobility, increasing strength and promoting healing. Providing you with the tools to feel good in your life.  

PRIVATE practice

Customed designed 1:1 practice tailored to your lifestyle and needs.  Integrating all aspects of the mind (emotional), body (physical) and soul (spiritual) into your practice.  


Customized sport specific yoga training for the athlete or team.  Offered in studio or at your teams facility.  Our program offers a variety of modalities to elevate athletic performance both physically and mentally.

the VIRTUAL studio

Enjoy the Veedha Experience on demand from the comfort and safety of your home, or in office on your break. Enjoy total freedom with monthly subscriptions or pay-as-you-go rentals.

the ELITE ATHLETE program

Use yoga as a compliment to your sports specific training.  Yoga elevates athletic performance overall by addressing issues of imbalance in the body and mind.  Sport specific training and participating in the sport consistently develops certain areas of the body while other areas remain undeveloped.  Yoga addresses these imbalances and restores the body and mind back to a balanced state.  Programs tailored to improve functional movement, increase injury prevention and muscle recovery, flexibility, mental resilience and body awareness.  The athlete will move better, generate more power and be more in control of body and mind. 


Programs are customized to suit the athlete or team based on sport season and include classes, workshops and home program.  


PRIVATE practice

Private practice at Veedha Yoga Studio begins with a discovery meeting to explore your needs, goals and areas of interest.  From this discovery I will craft the perfect practice completely focused on your goals and lifestyle.  This  1:1 mentoring program provides a variety of styles of yoga and other modalities which could include but not limited to:

  • vinyasa

  • yin

  • flow

  • aerial

  • Thai massage

  • hot stone for yoga

  • mindfulness and meditation

  • essential oils

  • fascial release, therapy ball program

  • guided facilitation of alignment, posture and muscle engagement

  • complete client care to make your experience unique including mats, blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets

the Hip series OCTOBER 30th 2021

Learn how to massage and manage your body aches with these 9  Roll Model® Method techniques and eradicate your pain at home. 

This 3 part series will investigate the HIPS and explore all of the areas of the body that connect to the hips and make mobility challenging. Explore  Over this 3 month exploration, the areas of interest that we investigate are feet and ankles, calves and shins, knees, hamstrings, adductors/abductors, quadriceps, gluteous and lower name the key areas.

Learn how to massage and manage your body aches with these 9  Roll Model® Method techniques and eradicate your pain at home. 

In this 3 part series we investigate another major site for pain and aches....CHEST & MID/UPPER BACK and all areas that feed into these areas which include shoulders, rotator cuff, biceps, triceps, thoracic spine, erector muscles, rhomboids, trapezius, pectorals, diaphragm, cervical spine and neck, facial muscles.
