Embrace the power of connection and be a apart of a supportive sisterhood where every woman can be heard, held, and seen without judgment.This magical experience that nurtures personal growth and collective empowerment. For March our intention is to dive deep into the realms of divine feminine energy, activating our Shakti Prana, and clearing karmic pathways that may be hindering our growth. Throughout our gathering, you will be guided through transformative practices aimed at opening your Chi channels, clearing blockages within the chakras, and nurturing your vital life force energy. Together, we will embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, embracing mindful breathwork, graceful movement, soulful meditation, and liberating ecstatic dance to awaken the divine feminine within. Our evening will culminate in a potent cacao ceremony, where we will connect deeply with our beautiful hearts and set powerful intentions for healing and manifestation. Together, let's celebrate the beauty of womanhood and create lasting connections that uplift and inspire.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for group class must be at least 12hrs before scheduled class time to receive credit to your account. Cancellation of a group class inside of the 12hr of scheduled class time will be granted for medical emergencies only. Please contact Renee directly via phone call or text at (519)994-2159. Cancellations for private practice must be 24hrs advance of the scheduled time.
